Ordering over the internet is very convenient...a great new technology.
You can buy books,
shirts, tools, nearly anything.
But do you like to get the wrong item? something that doesn't fit? a
product that's not what
you thought it was? or not everything that you needed? Do you like
hassling with returns?
Neither do we.
Watson's StreetWorks prides itself in providing customers with the parts
that they need, all the parts, the right parts and the first time if at all possible. Doing
this requires us to ask
questions and learn what your wants and needs are so that we can achieve
that goal.
Call us, tell us what you want to do. We're here to help, not just to
blindly take an order that
will disappoint you in the long run.

To assure that as a customer you get exactly what you want and need, we
suggest that all orders be made by phone between 9-5 EST. Please call
first to obtain correct S&H charges prior to faxing or mailing an order.
Orders without S&H will not be processed. Our Fax works 24-hours a day 7
days a week. Mail orders to our Galactic Headquarters address listed under
"Contact Us".
Mail and Fax charge orders must include the card number, expiration
date, the 3 digit number on the back of the card where you sign it, signature, phone number and address (both card billing address
and ship-to address, if different). Connecticut residents please add sales
tax to the total including S&H.

NOTE ! We accept: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and
Postal Money Orders. NO COD. We regret this policy but find it
necessary due to customer fraud.
Hours
We are open 9-5 E.S.T. weekdays and extra hours most days but our fax
and answering system never rest.
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders from stock within 24 hours of their receipt
however delays sometimes are inevitable. Special orders or colors will
take longer. Please ask when placing your order and we will tell you when
to expect delivery. Shipping charges are extra. Please call for the
correct S&H charge for your address.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your order is damaged in shipping you must make the claim to
the freight carrier (for example: UPS) at the time of receipt. Check for
damage or tampering immediately and document it in writing. Be especially
aware of excessive tape that appears to have been added after original
shipment. ONLY if there is no damage and parts are missing, call us.
Prices
We work hard to maintain the prices listed, however, due to the ever
increasing cost of materials, labor and shipping we must reserve the right
to change prices without notice.
Liability/Returns
Neither StreetWorks, its dealers or its agents shall be held liable in
any way for damages, loss, injury, or other claims resulting from the use,
misuse or inability to use any of our products. StreetWorks has no control
over the usage of its merchandise and therefore has neither obligation nor
liability for occurrences alleged to be resultant from the use of its
products. You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for determining the
acceptability and safety of any product(s) for use in your specific
application. Our responsibility is limited to the original purchase price
of the product(s) and to the original purchaser.
NOTE: ANY ATTEMPT TO REPAIR OR ALTER A PRODUCT WILL VOID ALL
WARRANTY. Any and all returns, whether bought at a show or directly
from us MUST be accompanied by a sales receipt or Order Form. Returns
which are not due to defects in workmanship or materials must be made
within 30 days of purchase. NO RETURNS AT SHOWS.
