Replacement Volkswagen Ignition Switch (V-IS)
If you’re rewiring your VW and adding accessory circuits you need a new ignition switch that has that feature. Oh, yes. And it would be nice if it fit into the original dash hole…AND if it would clear the ash tray brackets. This is a four position switch (Accessory, Off, On, Start) with a 3/4″ shank, two keys and includes ring terminals for the outputs.

Allows you to use one indicator light (like original VW) to show you that either the left turn, right turn or 4-way flashers are blinking. Both left and right “sides” feed through diodes to feed one light. 1 amp maximum load.

4-Way VW Turn Signal Hazard Wiring (WI-4WX)
If you no longer have the original turn signal/4-way relay module or switch and still are using your original style taillights, this wiring will restore 4-way capability without the expense ($50 – $70!) of a new module and wiring. Also works with our Turn Signal Relay Pack if you are switching to non-separate turn signal/brake lights like 1157 bulb units. Use with your own On/Off switch or see our switch selection above.
