Billet Wire Port (B16)
Here is a great way to dress up the area of the firewall where the wiring harness goes through. The Wire Port main body is 2″ dia. with a 1-1/2″ inside dia. and is secured to the firewall around the wire bundle hole with four (4) truss head screws. A 1″ x 13/16″ deep cut-out in the Wire Port body allows the wire bundle to exit close to the firewall (a rubber grommet is included for smaller wire bundles). The body is then capped off with an attractive machined cover which has three (3) ball-milled grooves. The design allows for the wire bundle to be installed before the final attachment of the Wire Port is done. Attractive, functional and at a very reasonable price.

Billet Wire Pass-through (B21)
A really attractive way to dress up the area where the wires come through the firewall. Unit measures 1-1/2″ wide X 2″ tall X 1″ deep with a wire exit size of 1″ wide X 3/4″ deep. Blind fastens from behind for that smooth look. Hardware and template included.

Billet ECU Wire Pass Through (WI-001)
An attractive cover with machined grooves to dress up where wire bundles pass through the firewall. ย This wire pass through was designed with large Fuel Injection harnesses in mind. ย The pass through comes with a fitted grommet with a 1″ precut split top hole for ease of installation and can be trimmed. ย The grommet can be opened up to a maximum of 1 5/8″ and has relief cuts to assist with trimming. ย The design of the pass through allows this piece to be added onto a completed vehicle with minimum effort.
Overall dimensionsย are 4 5/8″ tallย x 2 1/4″ wide xย 11/32″ deep on top andย 2 1/8″ deep on bottom. ย
Inside dimensions are 3 3/4″ tall x 1 3/4″ wideย x 5/8″ deep on top and 1 15/16″ deep on bottom.

These plastic wire looms for door jams are 25/32″ O.D. x 9/16″ ID. x 9+” long. Fixed grommet at one end for the door jam. Sliding grommet for the other end goes into the door. Fits up to 9 12ga. wires.ย Requires 1 1/16″ Diameter holes. Hot rod black.

These plastic wire looms for door jams are 5/8″ O.D. x 3/8″ ID. x 7+” long. Fixed grommet at one end for the door jam. Sliding grommet for the other end goes into the door. More than twice the wire capacity as 1/4″ I.D. tubing. Requires 3/4″ and 7/8″ Diameter holes. Hot rod black.
