You want more power. You want fast action. StreetWorks Solenoids have it. They work the way you want, with 40 pounds of pull so they work with original latches. Solenoids, cables, pulleys, connectors, wire hardware and instructions. Solenoid and bracket measure approximately 2-3/4″ wide x 2-1/16″ high (thick) x 4-1/4″ long.
If you need more power than these solenoids have, you have a door problem.
For those really tough original latches that need an extra “boost” to open, these springs will provide a preload on the latch mechanism so that less force is needed to release the latch. 4-1/2″ long zinc plated high-carbon steel springs have 4.40 pounds/inch of force. The cable connector allows you to adjust the pull to your needs.
